Universal bacterial markers for non-invasive colorectal cancer diagnosis

cover

The “Multi-cohort analysis of colorectal cancer metagenome identified altered bacteria across populations and universal bacterial markers” study analysed data from Chinese, Austrian, American, German and French cohorts to identify potential diagnostic bacterial markers that are robust across populations, indicating their potential universal use for non-invasive colorectal cancer diagnosis (Microbiome. 2018 Apr 11;6(1):70. doi: 10.1186/s40168-018-0451-2).
