Delegates from Nanyang Technological University
on 13 May 2024, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) visited CUHK InnoHK Centres to learn about the developments in medical innovation, research, and knowledge transfer at CU Medicine, as well as to exchange ideas on the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in both regions.
Professor Philip CHIU, Dean of CU Medicine, and Professor Allen CHAN, Associate Dean (External Affairs), led the delegation to Hong Kong Science Park to visit the two CUHK InnoHK Centres they respectively manage —Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center (MRC) and Centre for Novostics. During the visit, they shared the innovative research achievements, their experiences and strategies in entrepreneurship, and how CU Medicine collaborates with top international universities leveraging its unique strengths to drive Hong Kong's position as a global powerhouse, connecting the world with the rapidly emerging research and innovation ecosystem of the Greater Bay Area.
We look forward to further exchanges and collaborations with NTU to jointly advance the development of medical innovation and technology in Asia.
