Prof Livio Presutti of University of Modena Speaks at our 2nd Pan-Asia Endoscopic Ear Surgery Forum

It is with great pleasure that we welcomed Prof Livio Presutti of University of Modenaduring his visit for the 2nd Pan-Asia Endoscopic Ear Surgery Forum, which was successfully held on 12-13 November 2017. 

As the speaker of this year’s Wilson T. S. Wang Visiting Professorial Lecture in Otorhinolaryngology, Prof Presutti delivered a lecture on “Where will Otology Go with EES?” to share his views on how endoscopic ear surgery is redefining the field. Organized by our Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the Forum was well attended, with the participation of international experts from a dozen countries, including Australia, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and UK. Endoscopic and microscopic dissection workshops were also part of the programme.
 
Prof Presutti and Prof Michael Tong, Chairman of our Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, being both leading experts in the field, are currently working on the co-authorship and co-publication of a couple of papers and textbooks. We look forward to sharing updates on their collaborations in the future.
