Manchester Student in Hong Kong

With a keen interest in Orthopaedics, undergraduate student Grace Chan of University of Manchester joined our Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology for a month long attachment under the care of Dr Wing-lim Tse. During her time here, she got to rotate among the different subspecialty teams of Hand, Wrist & Microsurgery, Musculoskeletal Oncology, Paediatric Orthopaedics, and Trauma, which gave her a better picture about the field.

“I chose CUHK for my elective because I have heard that its Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology is top in Asia. I have learnt a lot as everything is new to me, since I have not yet gone through the specialty rotation at home.”
