Abstract
CUHK researchers published a study in Annals of Family Medicine, an international scientific journal, that revealed the effectiveness of behavioural activation with mindfulness (BAM) in the prevention of major depression.
The study demonstrated that BAM treatment carries long-term effects, with the overall incidence rate of major depressive disorder reduced by half.
