俠醫仁心(56)：中大手外科的天使中大醫學院院長趙偉仁教授近日心情沉重，因認識多年、中大醫學院傑出校友黃詠儀醫生（Clara）因癌病不幸離世。我和Clara認識已20載，她在接受骨科基礎培訓時被派到聯合醫院外科部，我們在同一個外科小組共事半年。我對Clara第一個印象是她友善的笑容和謙遜的態度，從她纖瘦柔弱外表看來，我有點擔心她能否承受外科忙碌繁重的工作。然而我這份擔憂在她工作第一天已打破，因Clara不但是一個非常勤力的醫生，同時亦秉持負責任的態度照顧病人，縱使她來自骨科，但對外科病人的臨牀判斷都能給予我們信心。

Its complexity, and the diseases that affect it, continue to challenge scientists and clinicians alike. At the Division of Neurology at CU Medicine, knowledge, values and mentorship have been passed down across generations of scientists, shaping the division’s culture. For these researchers, the pursuit of neuroscience is about ensuring that each generation leaves something stronger for the next.
